What does this mean?

You're missing out a lot of key information: Was the bus lane in operation? Did you leave your lane? Which lane was she in when you hit her? From the information you have given I wouldn't be surprised if insurance find this to be at least 50/50 if not 100% your fault. In many instances it's legal to 'undertake' a car that is turning right and if you were checking your mirrors and looking where you were going, you would have seen her.

It will be the involved insurance companies that decide who is a fault and who will pay, but based on your explanation, I'd say you are at fault.
StephenWeinstein:
No, you are at fault for starting to turn when you should have waited and for straightening quickly without first checking your mirrors to see if it was safe.
tom7railway:
Very vague letter, but I can say
1. If you hit her, it probably is your fault, you must have left your lane.
2. If she tail-ended you, it was probably her fault.

your question is not readable; you need to reword it and post again BUT I can tell you that not having law enforcement on the scene to make a report was a BIG mistake !! there is NO excuse not to have them there
Dave:
hopefully you had a police report filed. All details should be there and can be turned over to your insurance company to sort out.

It means she is a stupid female driver.
