Can I drive a 125cc pocket dirt bike around my neighborhood?

Does age matter too cause I'm 15

Other answer:

kevin:
In the US any vehicle over 50ccs engine displacement requires a license. And a 125cc pocket bike can't be licensed anyway. And that noisy POS would go by my house twice before your parents and I had a run-in.
curmudgeon55:
depends on the neighborhood and state/province countries laws–none of which you mentioned. Couple developments sort of far away- scooters without plates, pit bikes, small ATVs are common on the streets of the development–but since the streets were put in privately and not to code, the 'development was not annexed and streets are not 'public road/public way' meaning state laws for road use don't apply, just the developers and home owner association rules– and those rules don't say it is illegal, so adults with handicapped motorized wheel chairs and golf carts, ATVs use the streets that don't have sidewalks, so do adults and kids with the 2 wheelers. That your kind of neighborhood?..
Claire:
If it's on the road it needs to be registered and you need a licence.

Cops WILL pull you over.

Joe:
Ride all you want….it will last about two days, then the neighbors will call the po po…. Or they will steal your bike and give it to some kid out in the country to ride where it won't disturb anyone.
