Can I take my cdl class 'B' skills test, in a large penske truck?

penske truck 26"ft.

Other answer:

JetDoc:
NO. You MUST test in a vehicle that meets the requirements of the license. The typical box trucks that you can rent from Penske or U-Haul or the other moving truck guys are rated for less than 26,000 GVW which DOES NOT meet the minimum requirement for a CDL-B.
Happy Gramps:
IF the truck has a GVWR of over 26000 #'s then yes…most Penske bobtails are under that weight restriction…and if the truck is over 26000, you would need to have a class B or A driver take you to the dmv office for the BTW test + not all dmv offices offer the BTW testing for trucks – you need to look at their website to see where the truck dmv's are located
alan:
No thats not a truck you have to have a CDL to drive, has to be a diesel truck with air brakes,
Ron:
How would you propose doing that?
Francis:
no
