The thing to remember is that your auto loan contract specifically forbids you from subletting you car. Your video "contract" was illegal in the first place. Neither of you can be held to the terms of your contract. She paid you to borrow (not rent) your car. She can't sue you for anything (okay, she can sue you, but she'll lose).

On a side note, you can only cosign for someone if you have good credit. You don't, and neither does your friend, or else he would buy a real car and not "take over" your turd of a Jeep.

Scott H:
This is what you get for trying to be a bank. If she was making payments to a real bank she wouldn't get away with withholding money for repairs. What does the contract you had her sign say? Does it give her the right to make partial payments? Did you sign over the title to her? If you did, you can't get it back.
STEPHEN:
Never EVER take payments on a car.
1/ You don't have to give her money back.
2/ It's HER car.
3/ She owes you the agreed price.

Well, I was about to ask if your a complete idiot, but you pretty much answered that for me…And your Homie?
He's gonna f*#ck you faster then a $14 crack hoe…..PROMISE !!!
Get that POS back from the girl, and go trade it in…Your still gonna end up paying a price, but it will be YOURS, whatever it is… As far as a co-sign? If you do that,NOBODY can help you, and you should be forced to have RETARD tattood on your forehead……..AND QUIT BEING A F^#CKIN IDIOT !!!!
ElGrande:
We all warned you.

But no, if you took it back, you wouldn't owe her a dime.

Never:
Gee, who would have guessed this wouldn't turn out well ?

How do you manage to get through life? Please don't ever have children. The world has enough idiots running loose as it is.
AlCapone:
You sound really dumb and ignorant. Am I right?
Barack Obama:
