?:
Turn left down Buckingham Palace Road from Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station is 300 yards down on the right. Catch the Victoria Line to Green Park and then the Piccadilly Line to Russell Square

Jake:
Take the Victoria line from Victoria (towards Walthamstow Central). Get off at Green Park for transfer to the Piccadilly line (towards Cockfosters) to Russell Square

I agree with Nicole: going straight to Green Park to change to the Piccadilly Line makes a lot more sense that travelling in the opposite direction to South Kensington!
Nicole:
From Victoria Station get the Victoria Line to Green Park Underground station, then get the Piccadilly Line to Russell Square.

for future travel plans, use TFL.GOV.UK, they have a journey planner where you type in where you want to go and it tells you your route.

Your Uncle Dodge!:
Take any Circle or District tube to south Kensington, then take the Piccadilly line east to Russell Square.
