Get an RF modulator from any Best Buy or stereo store that lets you play your phone through an FM radio channel.

Hi simple time to either have a new radio fitted with the aux socket or an accessory which transmits an FM radio signal that the win car radio can pick up. this pugs into the
I phone and sends a stereo signal out in close relationship to the cars radio stereo system. the car radio just needs tuning to the signal.

A 2007 Audi may have a special Aux connector [AMI MMI] in the glove box that uses an adapter cable to connect to a phone.

You can then play music through it but make phone calls.

If it has the connector, you would use a cable such as this for an iphone 5/6 etc.

I would highly recommend getting an aftermarket head unit with an AUX input.

You will also need to buy a 3.5mm AUX cable since it does not come with the head unit.
