I cosigned on a car loan for my brother, both our names are on the title of the car. Can I legally take the car and sell it?

Other answer:

Depends on how the names are listed on the title. If the names are separated by an AND both you and your brother must sign the title for it to be sold, traded or gifted. If the names are separated by an OR either of you can sign off on the title.
Dan B:
No. Both of you have to agree to sell it and sign the title (notarized signature). Repossession rights remain with the financing company.
Not without your brother's signature on the bill of sale.
