I need some help with public transport?

So my friends and I are going to a festival that is 4.5 miles away from where we live and we want to go to the after party that finishes at 4 in the morning. We're not sure on how to get back. No trains or buses will be running and no one we know will be picking us up. Do you think taxis will be running at that

Taxis work 24/7. So give one a ring and ask them how much for the journey, The price will go up . Make sure you have a list of the addresses that they will be dropping off at if you are not going to one addresses, (That would be cheaper, Sleep overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr). You can just phone them when you are ready or Pre-book it, Don't forget to ask what time their prices go up
Jay P:
I don't know about where you live but where I live, taxi service is 24/7.

How much would it cost? Call up some local taxi companies and ask. While you have them on the phone, ask them if they have cabs on the road at 4 AM as well.

Spock (rhp):
if you live in any reasonable area with taxi service, yes — they do run at 4am. because of huge demand, you should expect that there will be a delay to get served [even though the service may have extra drivers on duty because of the festival].

rates vary by location and we don't know where you are
