Is there a way I can report a conductor that was on the MetroNorth train?

The other day me and my friend were on the Hudson Line of the MetroNorth going from Crestwood to Woodlawn and we gave our ticket in to one conductor that was upfront but then we had to meet our friend up front so when the train stopped we ran out and ran up to the front cart to meet them. Another conductor comes down (one that we have had problems with before) and asks for our ticket and we told him we gave it to the one up front and he right away was like "no you didnt i saw you get on at fleetwood, yet we didn't. We said we didnt and he kept accusing we did then he was like ok then come with me and I wasnt going to go with a random grown man and my friend said we are getting off the next stop anyway and he said "next stop? ok", then he walks away. We get to Woodlawn station and realize we had to be in the first 4 carts so we start running up and we realize he pulled the door closed that says "Do not enter" which is where the conductors stand and locked it so me and my friend couldnt get in. Then next stop which was Williams bridge we had to be in the first 4 carts again he still locked it and wouldnt let us go thru and then 2 guys come running who also had to get off barged thru the doors and was like "sir hold it hold it" and he said ok and as soon as we get to the doors. He closes it. So now two 15 yr old girls with random 18 yr old guys are in Botanical Gardens which we had no idea where we were, and ended up having to take the bus and get home at 2am.

Two things are necessary to provide a complete report to Metro-North:

(1) They're NOT "carts." The correct term is "cars."

(2) Your writing sucks, to put it bluntly. You need to learn how to write clearly, using all the necessary tools found in good writing, e.g., paragraphs, spacing, etc.
