The handlebars are bent on the right side.still very drivable just annoying as you can feel how the handles are kinda lopsided on right side. I have new tire and handlebar/risers in mail but could this cause left turn wobble? Thanks!

When the risers got bent, one of them might have loosened.
If one riser is loose, putting pressure on that riser while in a turn, the front wheel will not stay put.
That's why it's shaking & wobbling in a turn.
Imaging loosening the nuts on the risers 2 turns.
The bike is going to shake like crazy.

Might have a bit more damage than just bent bars.
You need to check the entire front end from top to bottom.

And… just having bent bars can seem like other stuff.

While I suspect your problem is exacerbated by the bars, you might also take into account that the shaft drive is also going to affect handling not only by its offset weight but also the longitudinal torque.

I would first check the tyre pressures, then the bearings (just to be sure).
