have you primed it with the pump?
Are the plugs wet after trying?
Is oil fuel ration right?
Is it fresh fuel?
Do you have spark?
Is the kill switch in run position?

Second thoughts – take it to a mechanic – probably quicker & may even end up cheaper too. If you can't do simple stuff like sort out why it wont start be extremely cautious about going out further than you can swim back.

Be sure the gas line is hooked up and open and since you are asking here, call or take it to a mechanic.

The holey trinity of internal combustion: spark, fuel, compression. Start by figuring out which you don't have. Spark test, compression test, and read the plugs for fuel.

It is no good unless it starts. Make sure you have a spark

Check for a spark. There is a nifty device which makes this easy. See link.
