I was pulling into a cvs store and i was making a left turn into the parking lot when i noticed there was a car on the wrong side of the road. The cvs has a stop sign at their parking lot exit so drivers know what side of the road they're suppose to be on. The stop sign is on the right side so drivers should be on the right side! Anyway i had to wait to make the left turn because he was on the wrong side of the road and i gave him a little stare and i was on my way and parked my car. Well he followed me back into the parking lot and waited for me to get out of my car. I got out of my car and he remained in his car when He asked me why I stared at him? I said 'you were on the weong side of the road!" He said "yeah so what" then i said "if you dont want to get stared at, dont drive on the wrong side" then we stared at each other for a few seconds then he just left. As he left i said "ok buddy move along" and he muttered something and sped off. Should i report this ? I recorded everything on video.
That's not road rage, that's asking why some idiot stared at him since he really didn't go out of his way. Now if he had got out of his car and beat you for you acting like a a**hole with that whole comment at the end THEN you'd have something to report. I mean you say he didn't even get out of the car.
It's not a good idea to engage with people like this. If they're stupid enough to be on the wrong side they're bound to do something else stupid. Some won't hesitate to pull out a gun to intimidate you or try to fight over something petty like this. Incase you don't follow national news, PEOPLE ARE F^CKING CRAZY!
No, don't report it. But try to be smarter next time. Remember, when you're out on the road, you never know who the other guy is. He could be some psycho who wants to fight over nothing. He could have a weapon.
If the police acted every time a driver "reported" another driver they'd have no time to deal with anything else.
Considering how many people carry loaded guns in their cars, I'd say you both were lucky the other wasn't packing heat and used it.
Reporting it is your choice.
However, I wouldn't worry about it too much. He sounded like a nut or maybe he was just having a bad day.
well, as he hasn't really done something but could, be sure to tell someone you trust like a friend or a parent who lives close by and visits your house quite often so they'll know if there is a problem.
A thought shared.
Now, you know what stupid looks like. Next time you can avoid the same trouble.
Carry a registered gun in case you need it.
