Nothing will happen. The police don't act on the massive number of calls they get from motorists about other drivers. If they did they'd have no time to do anything else. They also do not take the word of any member of the public.
All this person has is a photo of your number plate.
Grumpier Old Woman:
You cut him up because you overtook unsafely without judging distances properly, having to force yourself in front of his car and he was understandably not amused. However mad (and justifiably so) that he was, it's unlikely there's much he can do about the incident. It was a near miss, not an accident, and he's probably only done this to spook you, nothing more, but remember, getting spooked after a near miss is nothing compared to crashed cars and injured or dead people on your conscience.
Re Vera:
Nothing. All she can prove is that she has a photo of a license plate. She's just being a *****.
Steven:
Nothing is going to come of this, Jed, forget about it.

So, what do you want… A medal, or a chest to pin it on?
Tim:
Just don't repeat it.
