my lawyers name and phone number is–and stop after that. Teasing Alert! Depends on the dirt bike and actual area, actual police officer or pulled over by teacher while riding a 'fat tire' pedal bike. actual age of rider may have a issue- under 14 you'll go to juvie detention until parents comes in some places, other places you'll be escorted back home as you PUSH the dirt bike to parents notice- officer will say 'is this your child and whose dirt bike is it? Adult may say 'my dirt bike, you can have the child'. You say yes sir, no sir(or M'am), my fault, medical necessity (Need mental/ medical help). You could say you were dirt riding and a mad bear was chasing you in woods so had to get onto road- give the officer a laugh anyway..

Why don't you ask a police officer ? I'm sure they do let people off sometimes.
Try " I did it to impress my new girlfriend ".or "My Dad said I didn't have the balls to take it out on the road. " I bet you can come up with all kinds of corny lines that might make a police officer smile. They are human after all. Well, some of them.
Dimo J:
You say *nothing* saying you are a busted retarded idiot.
You answer questions, honestly, without added anything beyond the question.

"License and registration." "I don't have a license. It is a dirt bike and does not have a registration."
"Do you know you are not to riding in the streets?" "Yes Sir."
"Why did you ride?" "I didn't think I would be caught, Sir."
etc.. Be calm. Be courteous. It amazing how well honesty works.
