Who do you think is at fault for the car accident? I honestly don't know. Help would be appreciated.?

I was heading straight at a constant speed on the right lane. Toward the instersection a car from the other side of the street hitted my car on the left front passenger side. His car was injured in the front engine. There were 3 lanes on his street. They were all exiting the freeway. 2 lanes was to turn left and only the far right lane is to go straight only. His car was on the far right lane. When I got to the intersection, I only notice his car moving out but the 2 left lanes on his side were still parked. Note there's also an additional lane where you merge onto my street when you exit the freeway but that merge lane leads to the street not the intersection. I was about 3 feets away from passing through the intersection when I got hit. I honestly can't remember if it was a green light or not when I passed. But i know it was not yellow or else I would have slowed down to stop or speed up right away.but I was going at a constant speed. He said I ran the red light.
He also told the police that he was heading straight. Aparently the police told me the other vehicle have a witness. There were 3 people in his car at the time. I asked the police where is the witness, he didnt answer. In the end the police told me that I likely ran a red light. I still wasn't sure what exactly

Play back the footage on your dash cam, that will show if the light was green or not and the exact second of impact.

If you don't have one, and you aren't sure if the light was green or not, given that entering an intersection on a yellow light is the same as running a red light, and there are a multitude of witnesses saying you ran a red light, it's a good chance you ran a red light and it's your fault.

Regardless, you and I don't set fault, that is the job of insurance companies. Work with yours.

Good luck.

there had to have been traffic signals at that intersection………..the driver who did not stop at the red traffic signal would be liable

I think you are, and I think your light was red.
