Witch car would you buy?

I am looking at a 2007 Subaru wrx with 116,000 miles on it and the seller wants $12,000. Then there is a 2006 Mazda RX-8 with 68,000 miles on it and the seller wants $7000. Just for the info I live in Colorado so I can get a pretty good amount of snow sometimes, give me your opinion and if you have one of the cars

Austin Breckenfelder:
First decide what you need it for (mostly), then check your budget, and then buy the most reliable used one of the 4 or 5 that got shortlisted.
And don't be fooled by looks, color, wheels and other skin-deep effects. Have it checked by a pro before discussing the price with the owner.
