Would it be a good idea to have a navigation system installed in my car?

I have a 2012 accord and i really want to add a navigation system into my car because i think it would like really good in it. Idk i read something saying dont do it its not worth it but at the same time i dont know what type of navigation would fit in my car. I really dont care about the maps i just want it for

That would be a very costly idea – installing an after-market navigation. Installed navigations are kind of a dumb idea because first of all they cost about five times what a plug-in navigation costs. Then they are not portable from car to car. Then if they have a problem, you lose the use of the car while they attempt to fix the navigation.

Find a stereo with bluetooth technology compatible with your car. Then use your android phone to download free navigation apps. install a phone carrier also in your car so you can focus on your driving and navigation properly. drive safely.

Wanting a navigation system because you "think it would like really good" is a waste of money in my opinion.

But since you're spending your money, not mine, it would be completely up to you…

I suggest a portable nav unit. You can take it and use it in any vehicle you ride in without any installation, plus updating the maps is easy with your computer. I like the Garmin Nuvi.

If you have a smart phone you don't need it.
