Would my car maintenance warranty be voided?

The last time I went to the service center for the scheduled maintenance was 1 year ago because I was too busy and my work doesn't sync to the time they would be available. I wasn't aware that the schedule would be every after 6 mos or some certain km WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.. I just reached the required km

I know I should go directly to the service center. I just want an opinion since I'm currently short on money and really worried.

very unlikely that they would try to claim "poor maintenance", unless of course, the problem did come from poor maintenance. It wouldn't be a way to keep customers, burning them for missing a regular checkup (and that is mostly what it is, a checkup: Change the oil and check a bunch of stuff). You'd really have to be fairly abusive of your car to earn a void on a warranty.

I'm not sure what type of warranty you have or the year, make and mileage of the vehicle. Warranties don't cover maintenance anyway, just mechanical power train break downs. Change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles so the motor lasts and keep your receipts! If it's an automatic transmission don't forget to change the ATF every 60,000 miles.

You're fine. Unless you have a malfunction caused by improper maintenance, your warranty coverage will be fine.

You are correct, if your car has reached the required number of ks take it to get serviced. If you do not have the money, dont worry your car is not going to sudenly stop
